Therefore, to keep the jewelry and avoid all these unpleasant scenarios, we recommend taking off the jewelry before bed or before performing any type of sports activity. In addition, avoid contact with water such as dishwashing liquid or shower.

In general, we advocate that the jewel is The last one you put down and the first one you take down, That is, when you get ready to go out, the jewel is the last thing you wear and when you return home, it is the first item that you take off and put in place. Beyond that, we are here to make you smile every time you frustrate the jewelry you bought from us so even if God forbid something happened to the jewelry outside our guarantee, we will try to make every effort to repair and return the jewelry to its original condition at a minimal cost.

To avoid unpleasantness and heartache, we highly recommend taking out insurance on the jewelry against loss or any damage to your insurance company.

Beyond that, the jewelry warranty is for 12 months from the date of purchase, the company warranty does not include a fall from the jewelry of a diamond and/or other gemstones, except for a fall of a diamond and/or another gemstone weighing up to 0.03 carats and for the warranty period only.

There is no liability for loss or damage caused to the diamond or the central stone. If it is necessary to exchange/repair/return a piece of jewelry for any reason, all shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer.

The warranty does not include damages caused as a result of unreasonable use – the definition of unreasonable use is at the discretion of the company and its experts and is at their sole discretion.

Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Protection Law The Consumer 5741 1981 – and the policy of returning products over the amount of NIS 3,000 will be given a credit for returning the jewelry within two days from the date of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. A transaction for the purchase of a piece of jewelry, which does not exceed NIS 3,000, can be canceled from the date of purchase until the end of two days thereafter (which are not rest days).
