In this process, you take part in the creation of the jewelry, starting from the initial idea phase to the final product. In this process, we accompany you step by step, starting with the choice of diamonds and ending with the choice of the design, and this is how we turn your dream into reality.
Measurements
There are several ways you can find your finger size, which you can find in our size guide (found at the bottom of the page).
You can change the ring size once at our expense and at no cost. This is after you contacted us by email and/or phone and received confirmation of this. The delivery of the ring is the customer’s responsibility and account.
Enlarging or reducing rings over 3 sizes will incur a fee.
responsibility
There is a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty does not include the falling of a diamond and/or other gemstone from the jewelry, with the exception of the falling of a diamond and/or other gemstone weighing up to 0.03 carat and during the warranty period only. There is no liability for loss or damage caused to the diamond or the central stone. If it is necessary to replace / repair / return a piece of jewelry for any reason, the shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.
The warranty does not include damages caused as a result of unreasonable use – the definition of unreasonable use is subject to the decision of the company and its experts and their discretion only.
Deliveries
Our jewelry is made to order, so from the moment the order is approved by the clearing company, we will do our best to produce the jewelry as soon as possible so that it reaches you within 21 business days. In the case of bespoke and personalized jewelry, the times will vary according to the specific piece of jewelry.
You can order delivery to your home at no cost or self-pick up from our office in the stock exchange complex in Ramat Gan.
